Here are some deer for my next fabric!  I think I'll actually drop the background colors and keep it more subtle.

Spirit Board Painting is Going to be in a Show!

Hooray!  I was so glad this one made it in, it's one of my fave pieces this year.

Putting together my Artist Statement today.  This is an online show, but it means that Spirit Board is in the running for a live show, so I will be framing her up this coming week just in case.

Eventually, this will be fabric!  Just messing around with the sketches, but may ink and color these. Not sure yet.

Heirophant

And here we are, another tarot card.  I've started on the Lovers, but I'm not thrilled with that card, so I think I'll redo it.  So for now, enjoy this guy!

I do have to keep in mind that I'll lose about 1/4" all the way around these cards, so while it may look like a large margin, I will be losing some of the image.

The Empress

A pretty doe for the Empress card.  All of these are gel pen on Strathmore's toned journal paper.

 I'm really hoping I can finish all 22 cards AND my spirit board (not a big deal there, just need to do the planchet), continue to work on art cards, and keep up with commissions.

Piece in Progress!

Just working on a little something for the "Haunting" juried art show. 

PROGRESS!

This is a Spirit Board of my own design for the show.  It will have a laser engraved planchet to go with.  Still probably another 2 hours or so to polish it up, about 8 hours put in.  10x14" watercolor and india ink on 100% cotton rag paper.

A Little Jewelry

Pondering restocking my Etsy shop, made some of these little guys tonight. 

These are 1" watercolors in metal pendants with glass overtop, and they're pretty easy to make.  I like to use all original paintings rather than prints.
