30 Days of Painting

I've decided to take part in the annual 30 paintings in 30 days challenge that Leslie Saeta puts on each year.

I will also be posting all the pieces here.  If you would like one of your photos to be turned into a small 4x4 to 8x8" acrylic painting, keep reading. 1. You can supply a photo and if it's something I believe will work for this challenge, I'll do it as one of the paintings. You can purchase or trade for the painting if you want it.

2. By supplying me with a photo, you are giving me permission to use it as a reference and show/sell the finished piece if you're not interested in purchasing or owning it.3. Willing to trade for certain things!  Other people make wonderful items, and I'm all about bartering for food or handmade goods.  Not a definite, but maybe we can trade.

Pricing:
4x4" - $25
6x6" - $40
8x8" - $60

Message me if you're interested or have any questions. The cat portrait above is an example of the style I'll be using.

The subjects I will be covering are animals, landscapes, and still life.  I may attempt a few portraits of people as well.

I can be contacted at meganmerz@gmail.com regarding reserving a piece for yourself.

Waterfall

My Christmas present to my parents.  11x24" acrylic on canvas.  I think I'm finding my painting style.  Something about painting more consistently, getting better through that...
