Day 13 - Big Maple

FINALLY this is done.  I don't usually do multiple sessions for paintings, but this one took me a while.  Picture was taken with my phone, so I'll be doing a better photo session for it later for prints.

My Christmas present to my parents.  11x24" acrylic on canvas.  I think I'm finding my painting style.  Something about painting more consistently, getting better through that...

Costa Rica!

This is a gift for my friend Dana (www.zelaphas.com) for being awesome and letting me crash on her couch for C2E2.   Unfortunately, it was too big to fly with, so it needs to be shipped to her. 

This is a volcano in Costa Rica.  Good landscape practice.
